Volunteers may also be present for other procedures such as identity parades, fingerprint searches, DNA sampling and photographing. They may also converse privately with detainees and call for medical assessment if necessary. Volunteers need to commit to a six hour slot in a week and it would be useful if they could cover at least two out of the main police stations in Surrey. The stations being Guildford, Salfords and Staines .Therefore your own transport may be necessary. We are looking for volunteers who can offer us a long term commitment.
